Can someone tell me what this song means?

This is been bugging me for a while now. this is one of the greatest songs i have ever heard and it bothers me that i dont know what it means. Its by lupe fiasco ft. mike shinoda. the song is called " never lies" or "instrumental" it has these two names i dont know why.
