I made a payment for yahoo personals;why I cannot have access if a I paied?

The payment done on Martch, the 8th, was refused in the second day afterwards. I made a simillar payment 2 months ago and it worked. Why does not work now? I just want to have access to Yahoo Personals and I did the payment. I live in Romania, but I hope this is not a problem, being a civilised country and part of EU now. I did check with the Bank where I have the card from, and the money are gone from my account, so they did reach you. I am looking forward for your answer and solution because I do want this problem solved.
