Custody issues with my brother?

wow, you're pretty smart for being 14! sounds like you have a good understanding of what's going on. the only thing i can think of is that you could personally write a letter or speak to the judge that is charge of all this. do it on your own instead of through your father or the lawyer. you can call the Clerk of Court and ask if the judge can see you. you'll have to figure out how you'll get there. if that is impossible, then write the letter. at least you will have piece of mind that the judge knows exactly how YOU, as a child in the matter, feels. it may help.
