How can I understand if I have issue with anxiety or not ?

hi.I am super scared about getting hiv or some other diseases.Every time I see any cut on anyone anywhere like cashier ,my friends or my boss,I freak out ,I don't handshake with them, and if I take money from some one and they got any cuts in their hand,I also get paranoid and wash my hand for 4 to 5 times.If ever i see something that look like blood I freak out even tho is not blood and its some red substance.I also got problems with gl wear.Is not the only prob,I getting paranoid about every single things.I am always scared that I might get hiv,other diseases .I know I have a huge problem but what is it ?is it anxiety or I am paranoid ?what should I do ?I need help don't know how to seek help and who to console with .plz can somebody help me?
