I have a polaroid i834 camera and the leans wont go in and is a little slanted?

when i turn it on it just beep loud two times or three and turns off no the battery are not low i get new battery for it energizers it takes battery i have the memory in and i did take it out and turned it on but it still doest the same thing but when i turn it on and before it beeps i can see the lens look normal but after i try to turn it on after the first time it doesnt turn on can some one help me it was a gift and i dont want to tell them i broke the camera please help me some one
