Your friend has a rogue antivirus program- That's a fake antivirus which is actually a virus (WinPC Antivirus that is). Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from a href="http://download.cnet.com/windows/" rel="nofollow"http://download.cnet.com/windows//a and run a quick scan (about 10 minutes). Then run a full system scan which takes a long time but finds just about anything. Also download Super Antispyware from the same site and run a full system scan on that too. Both programs are free and work very well.
