Please help my high school career depends on it!?

Over 20 percent of high school students in texas don't graduate because they fail the math taks test. A test that educators everywhere are outraged over due to its uselessness. my name is john and I am one of the 20 percent, I have all my high school credits and I have ped all my other taks test except this one I have failed it six time and every time I study day after day and night after night but I can't p it... if I lived in another state I would of all ready been in college. Please tell me what are my options ? Do out of state colleges accept students who have all their credits but failed to p one state test? Please help I am literaly at the end of my rope...
